What Others Say
People have extraordinary breakthroughs after gaining an understanding of what it is that keeps them where they are, doing the same old things and getting the same outcomes. Principled Wellbeing courses achieve great results.

We had an inspiring and thoroughly enjoyable weekend attending the recent Innate Health – Three Principles conference hosted by the Tikun centre in London. Approximately 140 people were there with an unknown number connected via the internet from a number of countries.
Hearing from practitioners, some of whom have been involved in sharing this understanding of human psychology for three decades and in every field; from mental health to corporations, education to prisons, drug and alcohol rehabilitation to individual counselling. The common denominator being human beings!
We heard extraordinary stories of life changes and accompanying gratitude for the gift that Syd Banks so selflessly shared and the legacy he has bequeathed. George and Linda Pransky, William Pettit and Cathy Casey related stories and experiences that both moved and inspired and without exception they spoke with humility, clarity and humour. Amy Chen Mills gave a wonderful tribute to her late father Roger Mills, whose contribution to sharing the Principles was unrivalled. This was especially poignant as I had the great privilege to have learned about the Principles from Roger and to have attended his ‘training of trainers’. Each of them has, in effect, been a pioneer, creatively and passionately working in their chosen fields to continue and expand Syd’s work for up to three decades.
The underlying message throughout the two days was that with an understanding of the Principles there is great hope for humanity; that the required shift in consciousness can be simply realised. We are heartened to see the growing number of practitioners, along with a wide range of interested people, who feel committed to expanding this understanding here in the UK. We look forward to forging links and collaborating wherever possible.
Many of the presentations were filmed and are available to view via links on the internet available from the Tikun centre for a small fee. We highly recommend them to you.
