What Others Say
People have extraordinary breakthroughs after gaining an understanding of what it is that keeps them where they are, doing the same old things and getting the same outcomes. Principled Wellbeing courses achieve great results.

In 2004 I attended an introductory course led by the late Dr. Roger Mills where I learned about the Three Principles which explain how human psychology 'works' and in an instant knew that what I was discovering was going to profoundly change my life and that its simplicity held the potential for anyone and everyone to benefit.
Since then I have continued to deepen my own understanding with trainings in London and Canada, where I had the privilege to meet and learn from Sydney Banks, originator of The Three Principles understanding, and many other lead practitioners in this field. Since September 2007 I have offered courses for individuals and groups within public, education and business settings and continue to do so through Principled Wellbeing.
I've worked with many people and seen how events and circumstances undermine wellbeing, sometimes in a manner that appears irretrievable. I've seen and experienced how it's possible to cloud every decision and action with such negative thinking that the potential for happiness and success is almost extinquished.
I’ve recently gained real insights into how a simple understanding of the way we all function leads to the possibility of overcoming even the most profoundly disturbing of circumstances. My role as partner in Principled Wellbeing is to offer administrative support and project management whilst continuing to deepen my own understanding.
